Overview

Static logos, in motion.

Most small companies have a logo. Almost none have a five-second animated version of that logo they can drop on the front of a video, a deck, or an ad.

LogoVideos turned that need into a service: send your logo, pick a style, and receive a short, royalty-free animation built around your mark.

My role

What I did.

  • Designed and animated the logo intros end-to-end.
  • Built the productized intake — style picks, brand inputs, turnaround.
  • Wrote the site copy, demo reel, and pricing tiers.
  • Handled client delivery and revisions.

Lessons

What this taught me.

Productizing a creative service — fixed scope, fixed price, fixed turnaround — makes it accessible to clients who would never commission a custom animation studio. The constraint is the product.

I still reach for the same playbook anytime a creative offering needs to scale.
